offers over 1,450 square feet of living area and a 200 foot frontage of rich red-sand beach on the Boughton river. The cottage shoreline is very safe for swimming,
kayaking and clamming and is not subject to river or tidal currents as the sandspit
partially separating the river from the Atlantic provides protection. The “outside shore” beach is a short sandy stroll down the river and across the narrow spit.
